Dr. Evelyn Hendrix is a human resources professional with more than twenty years of experience in HR, providing expertise to Fortune 500 employers, government agencies, non-profit organizations, manufacturers, universities, and growing businesses.
She received a Bachelor of Science degree from the Univ. of WI- Milwaukee before she earned a Master’s degree in industrial psychology, a Master’s in Business Administration degree, and a Doctoral degree in applied organizational psychology for industry. She trains aspiring HR professionals in the topics of employee compensation, benefits, organizational change, performance management, employee engagement, and strategic staffing.
She has earned the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from HRCI and the Senior Certified Professional (SCP) credential from the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM). She earned the award of being in the Top 50 Compensation and Benefits Experts of St. Louis, Missouri. Evelyn is a member of the WorldatWork faculty.
