Frederick Mathis is a key member of the HR leadership team at PNC Financial Services, where he oversees all aspects of executive compensation. He works directly with the CEO and Chairman, as well as the Human Resources Committee of the Board, to design, evaluate, and approve compensation plans, policies, and programs that support business goals and shareholder interests. In addition, Fred is the primary liaison with institutional shareholders on executive compensation matters.

Prior to joining PNC, he held compensation leadership roles at Delta Air Lines and PepsiCo, with a focus on equity compensation, global mobility, and executive pay design.

He joined the WorldatWork faculty in 2024. He holds a BS in Science degree from the University of Florida.
