He is currently based in Hong Kong and oversees Compensation for 10 locations across the Asia Pacific region for Wells Fargo Bank. Prior to joining Wells Fargo, Garv has worked with EY, Deloitte, IBM and HDFC Bank in various rewards roles encompassing Compensation, Benefits, Recognition and Performance Management.
He holds strong expertise in matters related to Rewards strategy and design, Job Architecture and evaluation, Data Analytics, Policy and Governance, Executive Compensation; and is especially passionate about incorporating People Analytics in Compensation and driving Pay Equity.
