George is responsible for all legal and compliance issues involving WorldatWork, including, contracts, corporate governance, intellectual property, tax, human resources, litigation, and international expansion.
George brings over 25 years’ experience in law and business, holding executive roles in both public and private multi-national organizations with organizations such as Plexus Worldwide, Seacret, Origami Owl, Kendle, Inc., ICrossing, Tiens Group (Beijing China), Isagenix, Westinghouse Electric, Hewlett-Packard, Molex and the United States Department of Justice.
His extensive experience in international transactions and formations with entities in Europe, Asia (specifically China) and the Middle East support WorldatWork’s global expansion.
An avid teacher, George has taught international courses at Arizona State University, University of Nevada - Las Vegas, and Thunderbird. George also coaches youth hockey and soccer in the Phoenix, Arizona area.
