Gina Maddalena is a seasoned human resources executive with over two decades of progressive experience driving talent strategies, organizational development, and change management across public, private, and nonprofit sectors. As Human Resources Director and Strategic HR Partner at Dayforce, she leads initiatives focused on executive coaching, total rewards optimization, and stakeholder alignment in a fast-paced, global environment.
