
Gregg Passin is a Senior Partner in Mercer’s New York office and serves as the firm’s North American leader for executive rewards. He advises public and private companies on compensation and corporate governance matters related to senior executives, boards of directors, and professional services firm partners.
A faculty member since 2014, Gregg’s expertise spans governance and decision rights for boards and compensation committees, incentive plan design, private equity portfolio company compensation, partnership pay, and compensation strategies for ownership transitions such as IPOs, spin-offs, and mergers.
Prior to joining Mercer, he held leadership roles at Sibson Consulting, where he managed both the New York and London offices, and at Merrill Lynch and Frederic W. Cook & Co. Gregg is a WorldatWork Certified Executive Compensation Professional (CECP®) and holds a BA in History from Yale University and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
