Heather Marshall

Heather Marshall is a senior director in WTW's Executive Compensation Practice, based in New York City.  She has over 14 years of experience working in the U.K. and U.S. Heather leads the firm’s Consumer Goods industry team, and is an expert in compensation-related disclosures and communication. 

Heather advises companies, both at Committee and management level on a range of topics including the design of global incentive plans, performance metric selection, technical calibration and costing reviews of incentive plan metrics, and shareholder engagement.

In 2008, Heather completed the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (‘ICSA’) certificate in Employee Share Plans, finishing top of her class passing with distinction. In 2017, Heather co-authored a guide on developing impactful CD&As.

Heather holds a B.Sc. (Hons.) in Mathematics from Edinburgh University, which included detailed study of Financial Mathematics and an Industrial Management course.
