Mr. Keas serves as a strategic partner to various continuing education organizations focused on corporate governance and compensation matters, having worked with both the Colorado and Texas Tri-Cities chapters of the National Association of Corporate Directors, the Rocky Mountain Total Rewards Association, the National Association of Stock Plan Professionals, as well as other various industry-oriented organizations.
