In her current research, she is studying compensation system design, organizational pay communication and employees’ pay information-seeking behavior and pay comparisons. Her research has been published in top academic journals, including Academy of Management Review, Academy of Management Journal, Journal of Applied Psychology, Personnel Psychology and Journal of Management. Prior to completing her Ph.D. and becoming a professor, she worked as a CPA and consultant.
