Irfan Duraiz is a seasoned HR professional having rich Rewards Management experience with leading MNCs and multiple industries at Global level. Irfan is currently based at Dubai – UAE, working with one of the most diversified and leading group which owns top global brands i.e., IKEA, M&S, Toys R Us, Toyota, Honda, Dodge, Jeep, leading shopping malls in Dubai, Qatar & Egypt, Healthcare business and financial services. As a Total Rewards Manager, he manages regional and international remuneration for the Middle East, North Africa, and Far East Asia region. 

Irfan possesses almost 2 decades of experience in Strategic Rewards, Performance incentive plans, Benefits, and People Analytics. Having bachelors from London Metropolitan University and MBA in Human Resources, Irfan started his Compensation & Benefits experience with IFFCO (an MNC from UAE), he further worked with leading MNCs like Philip Morris International, FrieslandCampina Engro (Foods), later he moved to Qatar and was associated with one of world’s leading SWF (Sovereign Wealth Fund) Qatar Investment Authority. During his Qatar chapter, he established Total Rewards Framework for Saudi Cables Company at regional level and then moved to Qatar Free Zones Authority (QFZA) to set up the HR function from scratch as he was the first HR person to join QFZA.

Irfan believes learning is a never-ending cycle and is keen about his professional & personal development. He is a CIPD certified HR Practitioner, he has Korn Ferry - Hay job evaluation certification and he did ‘Management Essentials’ course with Harvard Business School. Irfan is a family man, he loves travelling and enjoys nature, cricket is his favorite sport, and he loves fast bowling when playing cricket.
