She has more than 20 years in the compensation field with focused expertise in executive compensation, equity programs, job evaluation, labor relations, and aligning pay with performance.
Before launching her firm, Jenelle was Head of Global Total Rewards for an international mining company. Her career spans multiple sectors, including manufacturing, government, financial services, and natural resources.
A long-time contributor to the compensation profession, she has held numerous volunteer leadership roles with WorldatWork. She joined the faculty in 1998, teaching a range of topics related to compensation strategy and design. She is a WorldatWork Canadian Certified Compensation Professional (CCCP®) and is known for her pragmatic approach to helping organizations build effective, equitable, and strategically aligned rewards programs.
