
Jenni Marquez brings over a decade of experience in compensation strategy in both consulting and corporate environments, including designing design and implementing innovative rewards programs for small and mid-sized organizations across the U.S. and Canada.
She is Director of Compensation for the healthcare organization Accolade, Inc., where she leads the development of company-wide compensation programs and oversees a team focused on modeling and reporting. Her work centers on building a compensation and career framework that supports business objectives while maintaining internal equity and external competitiveness.
Earlier in her career, Jenni held compensation roles at Mercer, Premera Blue Cross, and PayScale, gaining experience across workforce rewards, benchmarking, and compensation planning. She is a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP®), joining the WorldatWork faculty in 2023. Jenni holds a bachelor’s degree in Communications from the University of Washington.
