Drawing upon over a decade of comprehensive compensation experience, Jenni Marquez has successfully navigated the realms of both consulting and corporate practice, demonstrating proficiency in designing and implementing innovative compensation programs for numerous small to mid-sized companies across the United States and Canada. 

Currently serving as the Director of Compensation for a healthcare organization, Jenni leads the strategy, design, and development of the company’s compensation programs, overseeing a team responsible for modeling and reporting. Her role involves crafting and maintaining a compensation and career framework that aligns with business objectives, ensuring external competitiveness and internal equity. Prior to her current role, Jenni held key positions at Mercer, Premera Blue Cross, and PayScale, where she honed her expertise in workforce rewards. 

Throughout her career, Jenni has contributed extensively to the field, providing thought leadership through training sessions and webinars to educate both internal and external clients, as well as industry professionals. Known for her approachable demeanor, Jenni balances professionalism with a personable touch, creating an engaging and enriching learning environment. 

Jenni obtained her Certified Compensation Professional (CCP®) designation in 2014, marking a pivotal moment in her commitment to excellence in the field. She also has a bachelor’s degree in communications from the University of Washington.
