With more than a decade in HR and compensation roles, Jennifer has tackled both internal practitioner and consulting positions, working with clients across a range of industries and organizational sizes, including for-profit and nonprofit sectors. Her expertise spans the development of compensation philosophies and strategies, change management, and program implementation. She has led manager training initiatives and guided organizations through key transitions in their Total Rewards approach.
