Jeremy Feinstein is a Managing Director and Co-Founder of Empsight International, LLC, a leading provider of compensation surveys to Fortune 1000 and large multinationals. 

Jeremy has more than 25 years of consulting experience and has developed and managed leading compensation surveys for Empsight with 300+ participants. He is a frequent speaker at WorldatWork Total Rewards Conferences and has co-authored several articles with Deloitte Consulting, including Pay Transparency: What’s the Right Approach for Multi-Jurisdictional Employers? and How to Optimize Compensation Through Business Cycles: A Case Study, both featured in Workspan magazine. 

Empsight also partners with Deloitte to publish the Global Job Architecture Practices Survey. Jeremy holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania, an M.S. in Industrial Relations from the University of Wisconsin–Madison, and an MBA from HEC Paris.
