He is a frequent speaker at WorldatWork Total Rewards Conferences and has co-authored several articles with Deloitte Consulting, including Pay Transparency: What’s the Right Approach for Multi-Jurisdictional Employers? and How to Optimize Compensation Through Business Cycles: A Case Study, both featured in Workspan magazine.
