Jerry Warren is Vice President, Global Total Rewards for Juniper Networks, a Silicon Valley-based network technology company. Previously, he was with McKesson Corporation in a senior HR leadership role where he led compensation, health & wellness, and retirement programs for McKesson globally.
Over his 30+ year professional career in human resources, Jerry has been in a number of compensation, benefits and human resources business partner leadership roles in large complex global organizations like Amgen, Safeway and Applied Materials.
As an active member in WorldatWork since 1985, and faculty member since 2019, Jerry currently serves as an editorial reviewer for the association’s publications and just completed his term as an Executive Rewards Advisory Board member. A frequent speaker on total reward topics at professional association meetings and conferences, he is also a member of the Executive Compensation Council for the Conference Board, Global Total Rewards Executive Network, the Bay Area Compensation Association, SHRM and HRPI. Jerry has also played active roles on a number of Client Advisory Boards for companies like Fidelity Investments, AonHewitt and Aetna.
Jerry holds the WorldatWork Certified Compensation Professional (CCP®) designation.
