Jerry Warren has recently retired from McKesson Corporation after more than eleven years in a senior HR leadership role. As the Senior Vice President, Total Rewards, he led the compensation, health & wellness, and retirement programs for McKesson globally.

Over his 30+ year professional career in human resources, Jerry has been in a number of compensation, benefits and human resources business partner leadership roles in large complex global organizations like Amgen, Safeway and Applied Materials. Jerry also spent a number of years with Cadence Design Systems where he started as Corporate Compensation & Benefits Manager and progressed up to the head of HR for their Global Services organization as well as a multi-year assignment in the United Kingdom with responsibility for overall European & Middle East HR operations.

As an active member in WorldatWork since 1985, Jerry currently serves as an editorial reviewer for the association’s publications and just completed his term as an Executive Rewards Advisory Board member. A frequent speaker on total reward topics at professional association meetings and conferences, he is also a member of the Executive Compensation Council for the Conference Board, Global Total Rewards Executive Network, the Bay Area Compensation Association, SHRM and HRPI. Jerry has also played active roles on a number of Client Advisory Boards for companies like Fidelity Investments, AonHewitt and Aetna.

Jerry holds the WorldatWork Certified Compensation Professional® (CCP®) designation.
