Jim Kroll brings more than 25 years specialization in corporate governance and executive compensation issues to the WorldatWork faculty. At Aon, he advises clients on their corporate governance strategies related to executive compensation, including CD&A messaging, managing say-on-pay votes, shareholder engagement activities and other emerging governance trends.

Prior to Aon, Jim was a senior director at Willis Towers Watson, where he served as a senior member of their executive compensation practice and lead their North American governance advisory practice. Jim’s prior roles include a number of research and client advisory roles at Mellon Investor Services, Georgeson, and Institutional Shareholder Services (ISS).

Jim has a BA in Foreign Languages from Assumption University. He is a frequent speaker at industry events and has presented at the Society for Corporate Governance, the National Association of Stock Plan Professionals (NASPP) and WorldatWork conferences.
