Fast’s research is focused on topics in applied microeconomics including the wages and inequality. Prior to joining EPI, Fast graduated with high honors in Economics from Princeton University. In 2024, he won the Griswold Prize for an outstanding policy relevant undergraduate thesis in the field of economics.
