John A. Rubino, President and Founder of global human resources firm Rubino Consulting Services, has over three decades of experience advising organizations worldwide in the design and execution of HR strategies, including base pay programs, incentive plans, sales compensation, performance management, management training, and employee communication.
John was previously Senior Manager of HR Consulting Services for Ernst & Young LLP and Director of Executive Compensation at The Equitable Life Insurance Company. His clients span financial services, technology, energy, manufacturing, and the public and nonprofit sectors.
A WorldatWork faculty member since 1994, John is an internationally recognized speaker, course developer, and seminar leader for SHRM and the American Management Association, visiting over 100 countries to deliver consulting and training. He. He is the author of two books and numerous published articles and is frequently quoted in the HR press. He holds a BA from Wagner College and an MBA from the Lubin Graduate School of Business at Pace University.
