Kathy's prior experience includes serving as VP Global Compensation at Pfizer and Standard & Poor's, as well as earlier roles at Siemens, the HR consulting practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers, and Morton International.
Kathy holds a BS degree in Accountancy from Miami University in Ohio, and an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg Graduate School of Management where she focused on International Business and Management Strategy.
