Kim Lupo oversees associate benefits, compensation — from frontline to executive — and global well-being as Senior Vice President of Global Total Rewards at Walmart. Her focus is on creating a competitive, personalized, and wellness-centered rewards ecosystem that supports Walmart’s talent strategy.

Previously, Kim served as Vice President of Global Total Rewards, People Operations & Analytics at Nike, where she introduced personalized rewards, overhauled pay programs, transitioned benefits to align with company values, and launched a new people analytics function. She also led Total Rewards & Performance at T-Mobile, spearheading HR due diligence and integration for the MetroPCS merger and transforming performance and pay systems.

Kim began her career as a compensation consultant at Culpepper Associates and later held roles at Aon Hewitt, Lanier Worldwide, Earthlink, and Southern Company.

She is a WorldatWork Certified Compensation Professional (CCP®) and Certified Benefits Professional (CBP®) and has been a faculty member since 2019. She also serves on the WorldatWork Advisory Council and The Conference Board’s Executive Compensation Council.
