She brings over 25 years of experience across compensation, benefits, and HR systems and operations. Leah has led Total Rewards programs for multiple companies and industries, including Samsung Electronics, Accenture, Willis Towers Watson, and World Vision International. Her background also includes marketing, product development, and sales operations, giving her a unique, cross-functional perspective on employee experience and business alignment.

She is a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP®) and Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and has been a WorldatWork member for more than 25 years, joining the faculty in 2020. She has also contributed to WorldatWork publications and is an adjunct professor at Sacred Heart University’s HR MBA program. She holds an MBA from the University of New Haven and a BBA in Marketing from Northwood University.
