With over 20 years of experience in the Human Resources field, Mary-Ann has cultivated deep expertise in compensation, employee health and wellness, and recruitment across both midsize and large organizations in the public and private sectors. Recently promoted to Manager, Total Rewards, Mary-Ann leads a team of professionals in designing and executing comprehensive compensation programs including base pay, bonuses, long-term incentives, and pay structures for field and/or hourly staff.
In this strategic role, Mary-Ann ensures competitive market positioning, internal equity, and regulatory compliance, while supporting executive and board-level compensation. She collaborates cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, and HR to align rewards with business objectives and acts as a trusted advisor to senior leadership. Her portfolio also includes leading the performance cycle, succession planning, HR analytics and reporting, along with shaping employee engagement initiatives through surveys and policy development.
