Connerley has published research in leading academic journals including Personnel Psychology, Academy of Management Learning and Education, and Journal of Management. In addition to more than 35 articles on recruiting, staffing, HRM and diversity issues, she also co-authored the book Leading in a Multicultural and Diverse Environment: Developing Awareness, Knowledge and Skills and was co-editor of the Handbook on Well-Being of Working Women.
