Mary is a compensation practitioner with 20 years of progressive leadership in global compensation programs, executive compensation, incentive plans, stock equity administration, development plans, performance management, legislative regulations, compliance issues, market competitiveness and job architecture. In addition to compensation, Mary has an extensive background in HRMS systems, IT system conversions, system upgrades, employee relocation, executive services and retirement plans. Industry experience includes manufacturing, engineering, academia and healthcare.
Regarded as a compensation expert, Mary was selected to teach the Compensation and HRIS modules of the SHRM certification classes at Washington University. She is also an Adjunct Professor teaching Compensation and Human Resources courses, at the graduate and undergraduate level, for Webster University.
Mary holds a BA with concentration in Management Communications from Concordia University, an MBA from the University of Phoenix, is a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) through WorldatWork, and Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) through the Society for Human Resource Management. She enjoys volunteering at events and raising money for Variety St. Louis, the Children’s Charity.
