
Michael Namie is the Greater Americas Learning and Development Operations Manager at Intel Corporation, where he has built a diverse and extensive career over the past 25-plus years. His experience at Intel spans multiple HR and business functions, including finance management, compensation and benefits, HR services, global talent acquisition, mergers and acquisitions for corporate real estate, and now learning and development. He helped design executive pay programs, cash and variable pay structures, and equity plans for more than 100,000 employees globally and also led development of a compensation cost tracking system covering over 60 countries. Michael also served as lead consultant on Intel’s underwater option exchange program.
Earlier in his career, Michael worked in accounting and finance as a Certified Public Accountant for a Big Five public accounting firm. He holds a BS in Accounting and an MBA from Arizona State University and has been a WorldatWork faculty member since 2008.
