Michael Namie recently retired as the Greater Americas Learning & Development Operations Manager for Intel. Mike started his career in accounting and finance, working as a CPA for a Big Five Public Accounting firm and a computer distributor in Phoenix, Arizona. Mike then moved to Intel where he has been the last 25+ years, spending six of that in finance management, five in compensation and benefits, four in HR Services, four in Global Talent Acquisition three working on M&A for Corporate Real Estate and now 2 in Learning and Development. 

Mike has a BS in Accounting and an MBA from Arizona State University. While in compensation, Mike worked on the design of executive compensation, cash, variable pay and equity for Intel's 100,000 plus employees worldwide. Mike also led the design and implementation of an HR system to track compensation costs for various groups and levels of employees in each of Intel's 60+ countries, and he was the lead C&B consultant for Intel's underwater option exchange program.
