
As the director of Employee Experience and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Officer at Chestnut Health Systems, she leads efforts in the assessment and improvement of employee inclusion and well-being. Robey designs and delivers programming and trainings in the areas of health disparities, workplace equity and inclusive leadership. She has published in academic journals on racial, religious and gender identity in U.S. culture. Robey earned a Ph.D. from Rice University and a bachelor of arts degree from St. Mary’s College of Maryland.
