During his eight years with the ESPN business unit within the Walt Disney Company, he helped design and implement a unified salary grade structure. He also developed the business case and action plan for the launch of an HR Metrics and Analysis team.
As a consultant with the Hay Group, he led clients through point factor job evaluation and general compensation policy and practice development. His other consulting experience includes working with Booz Allen Hamilton and PwC.
