Nate Aycock has 20+ years HR experience with a mix of consulting and corporate HR practitioner roles. During his eight years with the ESPN business unit within the Walt Disney Company, he helped design and implement a unified salary grade structure. He also developed the business case and action plan for the launch of an HR Metrics and Analysis team.

As a consultant with the Hay Group, he led clients through point factor job evaluation and general compensation policy and practice development. His other consulting experience includes working with Booz Allen Hamilton and PwC.

Aycock earned the Certified Compensation Professional (CCP®) and completed the GE HR Leadership Program.

He holds an MBA from Indiana University and a BS in Marketing from the University of Southern Mississippi.
