
Nathan Aycock has enjoyed a 20-year career in HR leadership, spanning both consulting and in-house compensation roles. He currently manages Total Rewards for Dassault Falcon Jet, an aircraft manufacturer specializing in business jets, with presence in more than ninety countries.
Previously, he served as Associate Director of Human Resources at ESPN, a business unit of The Walt Disney Company, where he led the implementation of a unified salary grade structure and developed the business case for launching an HR Metrics and Analysis team. Earlier in his career, he completed the GE HR Leadership Program and consulted with firms including Hay Group, PwC, and Booz Allen Hamilton, where he led clients through point factor job evaluation and broader compensation strategy and policy development.
Nathan holds a BS in Marketing from the University of Southern Mississippi and an MBA from Indiana University. He holds the Certified Compensation Professional (CCP®) and has been a WorldatWork faculty member since 2008.
