Nick is a compensation and benefits leader with extensive consulting and corporate experience in incentive plan design, executive compensation, sales compensation, salary management, benefits plan design, deferred compensation and mergers and acquisitions.
Nick is currently the Head of Executive Compensation for Merck and prior to that led Merck’s global broad-based programs. He is the President of the New Jersey Compensation Association and a prior board member of the Northern New Jersey ISCEBS Chapter.
Nick earned a BA from St. Lawrence University and an MBA from Temple University's Fox School of Business.
