
Rocky Mountain Research is a specialized benefits consulting practice. She is also the co-founder of the International Employee Assistance Digital Archive, a repository for the behavioral mental health field. She has focused her research and papers on the Integrational of EAP, work-life and wellness programs over the past 30 years and more recently worked with Chestnut Health Systems around the development of several measurement scales.
