Dr. Paul Reagan is Principal of Dorey, Reagan & Associates, providing compensation and HR consulting services to Fortune 500 corporations, foreign-owned enterprises, public utilities, local governments, hospitals, and nonprofit organizations. Joining the WorldatWork faculty in 2011, he specializes in aligning HR practices with strategic business goals through performance management, group incentives, employee involvement, organization renewal, and change management.

Paul’s work spans industries including manufacturing, technology, education, financial services, and healthcare. He previously held consulting roles with Towers Perrin and Ernst & Young, where he served as Manager in the Compensation and Human Resources Consulting Group. 

A WorldatWork Certified Compensation Professional (CCP®), Paul holds a Master of Labor and Industrial Relations and PhD in Labor and Industrial Relations from Michigan State University and an MS in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from the Georgia Institute of Technology. In addition to his consulting work, Dr. Reagan has taught compensation and change management in the MBA program at Wayne State University and currently serves as adjunct faculty at Central Michigan University.
