A former Marketing faculty member from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, he has taught in executive education programs at the Kellogg School of Management, London Business School, Indian School of Business (Hyderabad), and Gordon Institute of Business Science (Johannesburg) for over 30 years. He has co-authored nine books including The Power of Sales Analytics (2014) and The Complete Guide to Sales Force Incentive Compensation (2006). His extensive writings for Harvard Business Review on the role of digital in reshaping sales include How to Digitalize Your Sales Organization (2022) and Where do Salespeople Fit in a Digital World? (2022).
Prabha is a graduate of the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur (B.Tech. ’70) and he has a Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering from the University of Massachusetts (1974). Prabha is a trustee of the Art Institute of Chicago and a founding board member of Greenlight Planet, a for-profit social business that designs, distributes, and finances solar home energy for under-served populations. Since its founding in 2009, the company has become a leading global provider of solar-energy products to over 60 million rural consumers in more than 65 countries.
