
Rebecca Burke spent 25 years delivering projects across a range of sectors before returning to Kingston University in 2019 to complete a Ph.D. following her own experiences of pay inequity.
She hopes that by capturing the lived experiences of women we can see pay inequity from a new perspective that will help direct practitioners, researchers and policy makers toward a better future for women and girls.
