Regeena Jimenez is the Principal at RJ Compensation Solutions, a consultancy specializing in global compensation and benefits for international non-profit organizations. Prior to starting a consulting practice, Regeena was the Global Head of Compensation & Benefits at Open Society Foundations, one of the largest foundations in the world. She built the global rewards function from the ground up, including designing and implementing new salary structures for offices in Latin America, Asia, Europe, Middle East, and Africa. Regeena also developed a global compensation program and global benefits program with both global and local policies to achieve equitable, consistent, and competitive total rewards packages for multiple countries.

She has over 20 years of progressive experience in total rewards in various industries, including roles at Deutsche Bank, Itochu International, American Home Mortgage, Morgan Stanley, New York Presbyterian Hospital, and Advantage Care Physicians. Regeena holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from New York University and a master’s degree in Forensic Psychology from John Jay College of Criminal Justice. Regeena holds a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation from WorldatWork and is a current WorldatWork faculty member.
