
Regeena Jimenez brings to the faculty over 20 years of progressive Total Rewards experience across financial services, healthcare, and mission-driven sectors. She is Founder and Principal of RJ Compensation Solutions, a consultancy specializing in global compensation and benefits for international nonprofit organizations.
Prior to launching her own practice, Regeena was Global Head of Compensation & Benefits at Open Society Foundations, one of the world’s largest philanthropic organizations. There, she established the global rewards function, designing and implementing salary structures across offices in Latin America, Asia, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. She also led the creation of global compensation and benefits programs, integrating global consistency with local equity.
Earlier in her career, Regeena held compensation roles at Deutsche Bank, Itochu International, American Home Mortgage, Morgan Stanley, New York-Presbyterian Hospital, and AdvantageCare Physicians. A WorldatWork Certified Compensation Professional (CCP®). She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from New York University and an MS in Forensic Psychology from John Jay College of Criminal Justice.
