As a chief scientist and vice president of Commercial Science, Lennox designed the Workplace Outcomes Suite that was used internationally as the basic methodology for assessing the effectiveness of Employee Assistance Program’s consulting services. Lennox has published more than 50 articles in peer reviewed journals. He received his Ph.D. at Texas Tech University in 1985.
