Bob Pearson is a human resources consultant with experience as both a practitioner and advisor in generalist HR roles. He works with organizations on leadership development, talent management, organizational effectiveness, mergers and acquisition integration, and Total Rewards strategy. His consulting spans all levels of the organization, supporting strategy development and execution across HR functions.

Bob holds a BS in Business Management from Virginia Tech and a Master of Education in Human Resource Development from Vanderbilt University. He has been a WorldatWork faculty member since 2003.
