
Robert L. Clark is a professor in the Department of Economics and the Department of Management, Innovation and Entrepreneurship in the Poole College of Management at North Carolina State University.
He teaches and conducts research focused on the economic aspects of population and workforce aging, specifically, how organizations develop compensation policies to attract, retain, motivate and ultimately retire quality workers.
He received his Ph.D. in economics from Duke University.
