
Ron Seifert has more than 30 years of experience as a total rewards practitioner and consultant. Seifert leads the North America Workforce Rewards and Benefits advisory practice for Korn Ferry. As a senior adviser to clients, his consulting work focuses on a variety of industries where he works with boards and senior leaders to provide them with business and market insight to their most complex people related challenges and ensure efficacy of their rewards programs, processes and aggregate investment.
Previously, he worked in actuarial consulting. He currently serves on the board of a tax-exempt organization and has authored several executive and broad-based rewards articles in national and global publications.
Seifert holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in actuarial science from Temple University.
