
Lia Bosch is the Founder and Managing Partner of Thrive People Strategies, a consulting and coaching firm dedicated to helping organizations create extraordinary workplaces. With more than 30 years of experience in human resources and Total Rewards, and drawing on her background as a CHRO in Canada’s energy sector and as an independent consultant, she helps clients develop strategic programs, grow leadership capabilities, and build high-performing teams. And as a small business owner herself, she brings practical insight and a commercial mindset to every engagement.
A member of the WorldatWork faculty since 2022, Lia speaks and publishes on leadership, rewards, engagement, teamwork, fitness, and wellbeing. She is a Certified Executive Coach and a WorldatWork Certified Compensation Professional (CCP®). She holds an MS in Organization Development from Pepperdine University and completed undergraduate studies in Human Resources at the University of Toronto.
