
Scott is the author of “The Whole-Person Workplace: Building Better Workplaces Through Work- Life, Wellness and Employee Support.”
As a professor of management and Silberman Global faculty Fellow, he teaches a variety of management, organizational behavior and human resource management courses, and has founded FDU's undergraduate Human Resources program. He has won eight awards for his teaching, scholarship and service to students.
He has published over 40 academic research articles, multiple book chapters, and three books. His main areas are building "Whole-Person" workplace cultures, workplace flexibility, and employee wellbeing. He has also taught at IESEG School of Management in Paris, the University of Monaco, and the University of Zagreb.
