Shane joined CDW in August 2021 as Vice President, Total Rewards. In this role, she leads the executive, broad-based and sales compensation teams as well as benefits HRIS, employee relations, shared services and data analytics. Shane also supports the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors.
Prior to joining CDW, Shane served as the Interim Head of Total Rewards at Charles Schwab with responsibility for compensation, benefits and rewards and recognition. Shane was also SVP, Head of Executive and Strategic Compensation for Northern Trust. Before her time at Northern Trust, Shane worked for Meridian Compensation Partners and The Delves Group as an executive compensation consultant. She advised boards of directors and management on executive compensation and corporate governance issues.
Shane received an M.B.A. with honors from University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a B.A. in Economics cum laude from Cornell University. Shane is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in Illinois, a Certified Executive Compensation Professional (CECP)® and a Certified Equity Professional (CEP).
Shane is a frequent speaker on executive compensation matters and Chair of WorldatWork’s Executive Rewards Advisory Council.
