As Senior Vice President for Global Total Rewards at Cushman & Wakefield, Shane Meredith leads global compensation and benefits strategy, including executive compensation and key incentive programs. She brings more than 20 years of experience across Total Rewards, executive pay, and strategic consulting.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Shane was Senior Vice President for Total Rewards at CDW, overseeing compensation, benefits, HRIS, employee relations, and shared services. She also held leadership roles in the banking sector, including Head of Executive and Strategic Compensation at Northern Trust and Interim Head of Total Rewards at Charles Schwab, where she guided the organization through its acquisition of TD Ameritrade. Earlier in her career, Shane was an executive compensation consultant with Meridian Compensation Partners and The Delves Group, advising boards and senior management on governance and incentive strategy.

A WorldatWork Certified Executive Compensation Professional (CECP®), she joined the faculty in 2015. She is also a Certified Equity Professional (CEP), and licensed CPA in Illinois, and holds a BA in Economics from Cornell University and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
