Shane Meredith joined Mondelēz International in July 2026 as SVP, Global Total Rewards. In this role, she leads the global team supporting compensation and benefits, including executive compensation and key incentive programs across the globe.
With over 20 years of experience in total rewards, executive compensation, and economic and strategy consulting, Shane brings deep expertise to the position. Prior to joining Mondelēz, she led global total rewards for Cushman & Wakefield and CDW. At CDW, her responsibilities spanned compensation, benefits, HRIS, employee relations, and HR shared services. Earlier in her career, she served in the banking industry as SVP, Head of Executive and Strategic Compensation at Northern Trust, and as Interim Head of Total Rewards at Charles Schwab, where she guided the total rewards team through the acquisition of TD Ameritrade. Before her time at Northern Trust, she worked for Meridian Compensation Partners and The Delves Group as an executive compensation consultant, advising boards of directors and management on executive compensation and corporate governance issues.
Shane received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Cornell University and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. She is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in Illinois, a Certified Executive Compensation Professional (CECP)®, and a Certified Equity Professional (CEP). A frequent speaker and educator on executive compensation matters, she is recognized for her thought leadership in the field.
