As Content Manager – India at WorldatWork, she drives the creation of India-specific content and event programming aimed at empowering HR and Total Rewards professionals with forward-looking strategies. She works closely with leading industry voices to design engaging event experiences and contributes regional insights to inform global content priorities. Prior to this, she held leadership roles with Tech Mahindra, Amdocs, Genpact and consulted with engineering startups to build HR systems from the ground up.
Shilpi has also served as a visiting faculty at Symbiosis International University, teaching Compensation Management, HR analytics and labor law.
