Previously, she was a Partner in PwC’s Deals practice focused on integrations, separations, value creation and change management - Stacey has also held business, finance and HR roles at Bausch Health, Mylan (Viatris), Perrigo, Fidelity Investments, PerkinElmer, and Credit Suisse First Boston

Strategic Leadership: as the VP, Global Head of Corporate Strategic Programs for Bausch Health Company, led operational excellence practice and managed complex global strategic initiatives across all global functions and franchises
M&A Expertise: As a partner in PwC’s Deals practice, and as an executive in pharma/life science companies leading integrations/divestitures, extensive experience in due diligence, negotiation, and business integration/carve outs, having worked on more than 75 completed transactions including two corporate inversions ($8.6B Elan/Perrigo and $5.3 Mylan/Abbott EPD)
