Stephen J. Perkins, DPhil. Oxon, is a senior research fellow, Global Policy Institute, and professor emeritus, London Metropolitan University. He earned his doctorate at the University of Oxford. In addition to The Journal of Total Rewards, he has been published in such academic journals as Human Resource Management Journal, Journal of Management Studies and Journal of Organizational Effectiveness: People and Performance.
Perkins is editor of the Routledge Companion to Reward Management and co-author of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development’s core text Reward Management: Alternatives, Consequences and Contexts.
