Stephen is a member of Global Total Rewards Leadership Team. Stephen brings to this position over 30 years experience in compensation, including designing annual and long-term compensation plans and benchmarking executive and director compensation. Stephen has worked with compensation design and benchmarking throughout his years with Johnson & Johnson.

During his time with Johnson & Johnson, Stephen has had additional responsibilities including supporting the Medical Devices and Diagnostics Group for eight years and the Corporate group for two years. Prior to working for Johnson & Johnson, Stephen worked briefly at a dot-com related company leading the compensation function and for many years as an executive compensation consultant at both Mercer and KPMG.

Stephen graduated from the Columbia College with a major in Economics. He earned a Masters of Business Administration from the Columbia Business School concentrating his advanced studies in Corporate Finance. In addition, he holds the WorldatWork Certified Compensation Professional® (CCP®) designation.
