
Steve Bloomfield has been a WorldatWork faculty member since 1989, bringing decades of experience across human resources, executive leadership, and counseling. As President of Bloomfield Consulting Services, Inc., he provides HR consulting, individual counseling, and hypnotherapy services. Steve’s interdisciplinary background enables him to connect human capital strategy with psychological insight, offering learners a unique perspective on Total Rewards, leadership, and organizational effectiveness.
Steve previously served as Executive Vice President of Human Resources for the mobile application and software provider Syclo, LLC, and has held leadership and advisory roles spanning both corporate and academic settings. He is an adjunct faculty member at Northwestern University and DePaul University, where he teaches courses related to organizational development and human behavior.
He holds a BA and MS in Educational Psychology from Duquesne University, as well as an MS in Industrial Relations from West Virginia University. He is a Licensed Professional Counselor, a National Certified Counselor, and a WorldatWork Certified Compensation Professional (CCP®).
