
Steve Pennacchio is Senior Vice President of Total Rewards at Pfizer and serves as Secretary of the Compensation Committee of the Board. A member of Pfizer’s senior management and HR leadership teams, he plays a key role in shaping a culture that recognizes and rewards high performance.
Steve joined Pfizer in 2008 following leadership roles as Vice President of Global Compensation and Benefits at Marsh & McLennan Companies and earlier positions at KPMG, Texaco, and Merrill Lynch. He is a member of the New York State Bar and serves as an adjunct Associate Professor at Fordham University’s Graduate School of Business Administration.
He has been a WorldatWork faculty member since 2014 and currently serves as Chair of the WorldatWork Executive Rewards Advisory Council. Steve is also a frequent speaker at executive compensation forums, including WorldatWork’s events and the Equilar Summit. He holds a BS in Accounting (magna cum laude) from the University at Albany and a JD from Fordham University.
