With more than 15 years in global compensation, Tammi Markovich designs programs that align Total Rewards with business strategy and workforce needs. She currently serves as Director of Global Compensation at Masco Corporation, overseeing compensation strategy, equity programs, and pay governance across a global employee base.

Previously, Tammi held a series of compensation leadership roles at MillerKnoll (formerly Herman Miller), including Senior Director of Global Compensation. There, she and her global team developed pay programs that reflect company values, support business priorities, and advance global HR strategy. She also directed executive compensation and equity programs, earning recognition for her strategic leadership and operational discipline.

Tammy holds a BS in Mathematics and MBA from Indiana University South Bend. Joining the faculty in 2025, Tammi shares her expertise in building programs that attract and retain talent while driving business performance.
