She teaches a variety of health care management and human resource courses at Cleveland State University. Porter’s research focuses on health care management, organizational change, leadership development programs, and strategic human resource management. Porter has presented her research at a number of scholarly conferences and published in Health Care Management Review, Journal of Vocational Behavior, The Journal of Social Psychology and the Journal of Organizational Change Management, among others.
