Porter’s research focuses on health care management, organizational change, leadership development programs, and strategic human resource management. Porter has presented her research at a number of scholarly conferences and published in Health Care Management Review, Journal of Vocational Behavior, The Journal of Social Psychology and the Journal of Organizational Change Management, among others.
