He has held internal and external leadership roles in large, mid-sized, and small organizations across the Americas, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. His project portfolio includes base pay structures, pay equity studies, global benefits, executive compensation, incentive plan design, job evaluation and architecture, and Total Rewards communication. Zachary’s background also includes expert opinion work on compensation matters and HR strategy.

A university adjunct instructor and published expert, Zachary brings a multidisciplinary lens to Total Rewards education, joining the WorldatWork faculty in 2022. He holds a BS in Communications from Hunter College, an MS in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University and Baruch College, a J.D. from the University of Connecticut, and an MBA. in Finance from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He is a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) from the International Association of Employee Benefit Plans and serves on several nonprofit and community boards.
