His industry experience includes diversified manufacturing, life sciences, financial services, telecommunications, insurance, pharmaceuticals, technology, tourism, cultural institutions, and the public sector.
Zachary is an experienced business consultant and an expert in compensation, benefits, global rewards, and associated business processes. He has worked in large, medium, and small companies, both for profit and not-for profit, as an executive and internal consultant or as an external consultant helping address the full range of total rewards issues. In addition to North America, Zachary has lived and worked in Latin America and the Middle East and has worked on six of the seven continents.
His successful projects include rewards design, base pay, pay equity, bonus program design, executive compensation, global benefits, expert opinions on compensation, job evaluation, job competencies and job architecture as well as rewards communication.
Zachary holds a B.S. in Communications from Hunter College in New York, a master’s degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University and Baruch College, a JD from the University of Connecticut, and an MBA in Finance from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He is a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS). Zachary serves on a variety on non-profit and community boards and has been a university adjunct instructor.
